Chalet in El Faro, recently renovated. Lots of things have been renewed ( invoices available with guarantee on the work).
Community fees only 12 euro per month for the Communidad EL FARO. This house does not belong to a community with their neighbours so you can easily request a tourist licence.
PARKING ON THE STREET. There is not an option at the moment to make a parking space.
The house containes 3 bedrooms and two bathrooms, one with a shower. New kitchen installed.
GARDEN IS COMMUNUAL. Meaning that you can put flowers and trees in and take care of your ´0wn' part of the garden but there is no option to builld in a pool. The pool of the communidad EL FARO is very nearby and free of entrance.
